The 12100 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. 2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 12100 platform, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. 12100 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
- Registration information must reflect the actual details of the account owner. Providing false information may result in account termination without a refund.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 12100 platform.
- Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 12100 platform agree to use its services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12100 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently claim promotions or bonuses.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the platform.
- Spreading misleading or false information about the platform to other users.
- Accessing the platform from a region or country restricted by 12100.
12100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 12100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. 12100 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any information discrepancy may result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
- Deposit — Typically credited within 1–10 minutes depending on the method used.
- Withdrawal — Processed within 1–24 working hours upon completion of verification.
- Transaction fees — 12100 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Cancellation — Successful deposits cannot be reversed. If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred, contact our support team immediately.
12100 reserves the right to decline or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violating the platform's security policies. Any balance in an account that is suspended or closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 12100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or fully protected against cyber threats. Any reliance you place on information or services within the platform is entirely at your own risk.
12100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes. Users acknowledge that betting carries the risk of financial loss and that game results are final in accordance with the established rules.
Account Suspension & Closure
12100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if:
- The user has violated any part of these Terms.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
- User requested account closure.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded. For voluntary closures with a clean record, account balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 12100 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 12100 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 12100.

These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 12100 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms of any third-party website before engaging with it.
12100 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
